Fitness Level

I normally play as a pitcher and am really good at it. This time, though, I decided to be an actual player on the field. I have one problem, I can't seem to keep my fitness level up. My workout program is the one for good young hitters that someone posted.

The 'ultimate workout for young hitters' posted by tneu leaves you with 70, more than enough.

Is your constitution 0?

nope that is at 5 all my other stats are fine, but I played last night and made an observation. It will go all the way down and then refill. Now, is that because I am slumping, or something, but eventually it does fill back up.

It refills every week. It will go back up if you are on a hitting streak, rbi streak ect...

I thought Fitness only went up on off-days(whether scheduled or if you sat out a game).

Your Mood is what gets affected by your play(hot streaks, cold streaks, call-ups, etc).

Yeah I thought mood was the only thing that went up when you went on a rbi streak or hit streak, I never noticed my fitness move up unless I had a day off.

Keep in mind that you get tired and worn down by the workout and then even more with the playing and all out running that position players do during a game. You need offdays (already built into the ultimate hitters workout) and then a day off periodically during the week. You can't control this though. I've never seen it bottom out however, there is usually an offday every other week at least or the manager sits me for a game now and then and that always allows me to rebound to full strength.
