Help with off-season draft

I was messing around with the historical leagues in the 1990's and when i started getting into the late 1990's when i would get to the Rookie draft it would only be maybe 3-4 guys in it. Like in 1999 or 2000 Barry Zito is the only rookie. I have Sean Lahman downloaded version 5.0 i think it says. I want to start some historical leagues but want all the reall rookies and full draft classes when its time for the rookie draft. If there is anything i can download or install to help me out with this please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
