Historical Ballpark Ratings?

I'm going to be running a historical replay using Ankit's DB on the Dynasties board where I add one fictional player (based on a forum member) per year....and I would like to be able to update the actual ballparks and change their OOTP5 ratings yearly to show the park effects and how they change.

Is there such a list? I know that some historical leagues use them, but whether they are home-brewed or readily available escapes me.

Any help would be appreciated.
