Our Mexico City owner had to resign due to time restraints. We are at the end of May in the current season. All real players.

Washington owner just resigned due to new job and travel requirements...............no time to manage his team.

So...............Washington & Mexico City are now open.

Mexico City owner had a change of heart and has returned to his team; but now the Chisox owner must leave. So, the two teams open now are Washington & Chicago White Sox franchises.
