No idea if it's legal but even if it was I doubt many teams would bother doing such a complex deal. 3 way trades in real baseball are extremely rare in the first place, some of the convoluted deals that occur in online leasgues would not IMO happen in real life.

What about the 4-way deal with AZ, CIN, TOR, and OAK that brought Durazo to Oakland?

The Three-Way McDeal

We had an amusing muted three way deal two years ago, 2005, in the ATHL.
Announcement

The Montreal Ice Cubes dealt a talented SP prospect George McCurley to the Louisville Jockeys and financial albatross, SP Sam McDowell, to Ocean City. Ocean City sent Montreal, SP Paul Bechtol, and OF talent, Randy Jones. For McCurley, Louisville sent Ocean City, utility infielder, Richard McClay and SP Steven McMurtry.

At the time it was hailed as a great deal for Ocean City, as they solidified their rotation with two quality SPs and a good middle infielder. The deal propelled the Waves to a World Series appearance that year, as McMurtry and McDowell cured a languid rotation. Ocean City eventually felt the weight of the McDowell contract and was forced to parse its salary in 2006 and slid in the standings.
But the wildcard in the whole trade was Richard McClay, who made one of the biggest jumps in talent in the ATHL. He was dealt onward from OC to Memphis where he went from a utility infielder into an Allstar shortstop and one of the best hitters in the game with a longterm sub million dollar contract to boot!

For the other teams in the deal, Montreal cleared the debt off their books and now have a solid speedy leftfielder in Randy Jones. McCurley is a top twenty prospect, at Louisville's AAA affiliate, on the verge of breaking into the majors as a devastating lefty hurler.
