League Postseason Glitch

A gm of mine had a 3 man rotation going in the NLCS using strict order but the game skipped his #2 thru the series why would this happen and has it happend to anyone else? Please help?

I've found the best and sure way to dodge this is not to use the 'sim' button during the offseason.

Use the 'play' button, verifying that the correct SP are starting, then just 'sim' to the end of the game once you get to the 'play' screen.
