Where the hell is Mantle, Maris, and Ford?

lol why am i not surprised.........Ford is on the Yankees (in AAA for expansion draft protection), Mantle was let go because the old GM offered 15 million dollars a year to him and he didnt like the offer, so he became a FA, Maris was offered 10 million and was not happy, plus Maris had a crappy batting average (.214). mind you he did hit 45 bombs, but i guess after offering 10 million to Maris for a .214 average and him decling, the old GM was not happy about that..the funny thing is that Maris is now wanting just over 6 million a year and im sure that will climb as the bids come pouring in

lol i guess he just took his ball and went home *shrug* i mean Mantle at one point stated "i want to play for a winner" so you KNOW that the Yankees dropped below .500 and that is amazing in itself lol
