UBL FA rules
I read the UBL rules but still have one question. Let's say that Lance Berkman is 31 years old and he refuses to sign an extension for only one year. Does this mean he will become a UFA? Also, if he does become a UFA, can he be signed to a contract longer than one year during the FA period?

You can only sign a player thru his 32nd birthday, If he rufuses, then yes he becomes a F/A. Can another team sign him for more than 1 year, No they cant.
