Create a player?

I have just bought game...seems ok..must get more into it....seems to lack real solid comentary (play by play) very bland...but....?

What I want to ask is, how do I create a player from scratch and get him into my league...seems I can edit just about anything..or Generate a player into farm system...but can I create from scratch...

Also I have tried to download the manual...no luck.. "PDF" or whatever...just can't view it.... anyone with some help..

For downloading the game manual you can get a free PDF Reader at http://www.shareware.com - put in PDF Reader I'm sure you'll find something, thats what I did.

You can create a player from scratch, follow these steps:

Create your player in Free Agency
Click on that player to view him.
In the upper right click on Editor
Make whatever adjustments you want in that window, click on all the boxes you see that are highlighted with a line around them.
Then go to the Batter or Pitcher Ratings link just above and to the Editor again. You can finish him off with his BA, HRs, Doubles etc.
