Talent Question
Hello evereyone,
I am in the middle of making an updated 2004 roster set. I am having problems with the Star Points rating. I have Bengie Molina for the Angels at: Ave: 5 Good Talent 2B: 2 Fair Talent 3B: 1 Poor Talent HR: 3 Average talent BB: 2 Fair Talent SO: 4 Fair Talent Arm of D and Range of C and some how he is still a 4 star prospect. Now i have Kelvim Escobar at: AH: 6 Good talent A2B: 5 Good Talent AHR: 8 Good talent ABB: 5 Average Talent K's: 7 Good talent Throwing Velo: 8 and he is only a 2 star Can anyone help me with this? It certainly doesn't seem right. Thankyou |

I also choose to ignore the stars as much as possible. I do believe the stars are somewhat based on the talent in the league at the same position. So your 4 stars for Bengie Molina could mean you don't have a lot of talent in the league at the catcher position, but for Escobar, maybe you have a lot of other pitchers in the league with talent better than him. Just a guess...
