*** ITP 1.01 Patch available ***

OK

Here is a little XMas present, the first ITP Patch:

In order to install the patch, please copy the file ITP.exe into
your ITP program folder, for example c:\Programs\ITP!

Here are the things that got fixed or enhanced:
- Added the options to turn off box scores and game logs in the game setup.
- Added the option not to open the box scores after an ILB game
- Fixed problem with importing OOTP 5 leagues
- Fine tuned speed and defense development
- Increased the chance to increase talent ratings when reading books
- Stats now play a bigger role when GMs decide when to promote/demote you
- After you have played a game, ITP doesn't move to the next day immediately now.
- Fixed reported bugs

This is why I will continue to support OOTP with my purchases. You can really tell that Markus is concerned with his customers and making quality products. I've never seen a company get patches out so quick. Thanks again Markus!

I am not interested in ITP at all. Not my bag...I like historical leagues

But Markus looking over concerns and fixing them right away is why he is my favorite German...and that's saying alot, since Katrina Witt is still a hottie

ITP is really meant for modern day, as far as I can tell from the many aspects of it

So no, I'd probably be more frustrated at ITP then I am not having a financial co-efficient in OOTP

Installed the patch, and it has crashed ITP twice. Both times when I attempted to sim until "End of Season".

Worse, when I restart, it has corrupted the league. The entire league loses all of the games simmed to that point, but the sim date remains the same. So I'm in Sept with leaders that have only pre-All-star game stats (since the game auto-saves at the all-star break, it seems to be keeping those stats).

Ug!

I'm afraid I have the same problem. I'll go back to the old version for now, and maybe Markus can look into it after a few days off for a well deserved Christmas break.

When you start up ITP, click on "Game Setup." All the options are under there, and it worked perfectly fine for me.

If that doesn't work, you might have installed the patch the wrong way.

This patch was just to make the game faster, and fix a few things. Give him some time to get things like that done

I hate to seem unappreciative because I am not. I am very pleased with all the work that you guys do. However, I feel I have to point out something about this patch.

If you are not starting, and I'm not after suffering a day-to-day injury that cost me 24 skill points, the PBP starts immediately and there is no way to click on any button in the interface. You can only click through the PBP as it begins again automatically when you get the message "press a key or the mouse to continue."
