Want to purchase, but...

I want to purchase this game for my son for christmas but have been unable to complete the purchase through Viatech. I get a 20 error when attempting to purchase.

I have tried all of the recommendations on the Viatech web site and on this web site.

I have called Viatech as well as left messages for them with no response. I will have to do something else for a christmas gift now.

I would suggest you have alternant ways to purchase the game for the folks who are having problems with the online purchase solution.

What I don't understand is that I purchased Title Bout through Viatech last week. I have not made any changes to my system and my credit card is fine. If anyone has gotten past the 20 error, please let me know what you had to do.

(Running Windows XP - home with no firewall)

Purchase the game through the web store on ITP Homepage, it's at the bottom on the left. The same thing happened to me.
