Purchased Two Players who Don't Appear in Roster

Hello, I purchased Mel Harder and Justin Verlander cards, and my game subsequently crashed. While the Perfect Team coins were deducted from my account, neither player appears on my roster. Manager name: "sabermetricsociologist". I'd appreciate help resolving this issue! Thank you!

Hi, I can see both cards on your team.

After a crash these cards will normally appear as "inactive".
To see those open the "Manage Cards" page under "Main".
At the top of the page are filters, click on "Other" and deactivate "Active Cards" and "Reserve Cards" and if necessary activate "Inactive Cards".

If you have free slots on your team you can activate them from the list to appear on your Reserve roster.
