Missing Stars as a reward.....

I don't know who to contact. I started the day with 90 stars, found out I won a 64 team tournament, for 100 stars, I should have 190, instead I have 0. Could someone lead me in the right direction on who to contact. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

close and reopen: when rewards come, it sometimes disappears

I was setting a lineup when another tourney finished and my 4-figure CS bank went to zero. I just exited the game and came back and the stars had returned.
