CONTENT SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 29

Good afternoon! Here's a brief look at the Content Schedule for the Week of June 29! This week we'll be looking at some major holidays and celebrations in North America as inspirations for our content!

WEDNESDAY
🇨🇦 Canada Day - Some Canada Day cards will be released on Wednesday, along with some price changes for cards in the Clubhouse Shop!

THURSDAY

TWIPT - TWIPT will have Baseball Reference Series 4, the July Jewels collection, as well as some US Independence Day cards! 🇺🇸

FRIDAY

Future Legends Friday 15 - Future Legend Friday (and company!) will be featured once again, with another batch of prospects from the Fangraphs Top 100, plus some more goodies!

People have asked if there will be Limited Edition cards this week. There will not be any LE cards originally scheduled this week.

However, next week, we will have a series of LE cards out, with new ones dropping Monday through Friday. Stay tuned!

We have some new cards in packs today, including some LEs! Here's the note from Paul:

So my Bob Horner In Memoriam art came through this morning! He passed on May 26th at just 68 years old but we had some robust sets that I wasn't able to get him into. Instead of just doing 2 cards, I put together a little trio of LEs for a hot drop this morning since we don't have an official LE set this week. I put together Billy Bean and TJ House Pride month LEs and then a leftover Chuck Carr from the SwitchKnuckler set. These are now live!

To celebrate Canada Day, we wanted to highlight the 50th anniversary of their team: the Toronto Blue Jays.

We have a special Blue Jays-inspired art design with 5 Alumni players from the org. Of course, that's not the only holiday as July 1st also brings a baseball favorite: Bobby Bonilla Day! Keeping with our tradition of a Bonilla LE to mark his $1,193,248 payday, a 119-copy Mets version is now available. All 6 cards are in packs now!

New missions have dropped today with a pretty sweet reward at the end of it!

Our new 250th Anniversary missions are up now, with plenty of pack and card rewards for your team! If you complete all 20 missions, you'll receive a Level 1 Variant version of 100 OVR Live Full Collection Reward CF Tris Speaker!

Other checkpoint rewards along the way are 2 Historical Gold Packs, 3 Artifact Packs, 2 Historical Diamond Packs, and a Level 1 Variant version of the 100 OVR C Roy Campanella that was a Pre-Order Icon card from the beginning of the cycle!

Good afternoon! Apologies for the lateness of this post, I was busy yesterday and didn't have a chance to bring out the schedule for this week yet. So, here's a brief look at the Content Schedule for the Week of July 6!

Welcome to Obscure All-Stars week! Part 1 of our 2-week All-Star extravaganza will feature the more surprising selections over the years. A lot of 1-2 timers, plenty of whom had very solid careers but their All-Star selection(s) got our attention for one reason or another. We’re also doing a Limited Edition Bonanza with drops coming out Monday through Friday!

I know the commenter is banned, but for everyone else's knowledge, there was a Gehrig card in the 4th of July Spotlight pack, and it looks beautiful. Probably the best-looking card I have seen in 27.

Edit to add that Gehrig was in Spotlight #7, not in the Speaker Special Spotlight. #7 released right before the 4th, and Speaker came after the 4th.

FLFs:

Went light on FLFs this week with the Futures Game on Sunday, selecting just Roldy Brito (who is in the game so could get a higher end card next week if he wins MVP!) off the Top 100 list. For our other FLF, I went off the board with an Eliezer Alfonzo Jr. He made his MLB debut on July 5 in the face of immeasurable pain having lost his stepmom & sister in the Venezuelan earthquakes and learning of it that day. When Aydubby suggested we run an FL for him, it was an easy yes. Eliezer's father also played in MLB from 2006-11.

We're picking 1 All-Star per team plus the supplemental cards from the All-Star Events (HRD winner, ASG MVP, Futures MVP, possibly #1 overall pick if they're loaded into the rosterdb) for a 34-card week. Will it only be 34 cards? Can I truly make that few cards in a week? Tune in to find out.

For our other FLF, I went off the board with an Eliezer Alfonzo Jr. He made his MLB debut on July 5 in the face of immeasurable pain having lost his stepmom & sister in the Venezuelan earthquakes and learning of it that day. When Aydubby suggested we run an FL for him, it was an easy yes. It'll be significantly lighter on that front next week as we shift the focus to more premium All-Stars! We'll still mix a few irons in, but Diamond+ will get more shine next week. We're picking 1 All-Star per team plus the supplemental cards from the All-Star Events (HRD winner, ASG MVP, Futures MVP, possibly #1 overall pick if they're loaded into the rosterdb) for a 34-card week.
