In the game, the team assignments for the historical World Championships are inaccurate. For example, Czechoslovakia, Finland, and East Germany are missing from the 1970 World Championship. Instead, Poland, Japan, and Switzerland are included.

The teams for the historical WC´s are not selected historical but instead the game takes the best nations that have enough players available for that year.
