Lawyer here - you don't have a case. However, pissing on your panties could be considered battery, but only if you were wearing said panties at the time and did not consent to the golden shower.

I am an actual "user" who has spent over $500 on OOTP 27. CWhit work is excellent.

But why is he a gatekeeper? I haven't had access to Discord in over one year now. Contacted management, Crickets. I am complaint with all TOS.

Come on folks, I'm obviously a fan of this service.

discord is a privilege. you did not obey the rules of the main discord. you insulted users and said insensitive things. you were banned by an employee of the company for what you did there.

you also got banned from here in the past, which is against the rules of posting here. and you have broken rules here even since then, and i am surprised you are still allowed to post here. i have alerted mods multiple times and they have not fixed that, but that is a rule you have broken.

in my discord, which is completely unrelated to anything run by OOTP, i am king. i choose who posts and and who doesn't. i don't need any reason to decide who to include and who isn't allowed. and for the same reasons above, i did not want to deal with you.
