Schedule game cannot be completed: invalid rosters Korean Baseball League KIA TIGERS @ DOOSAN BEARS

I'm playing as the Braves and can't continue due to this message. It's the year 2024 and the first time I've seen any message like this. I haven't messed with any settings outside of MLB. Also, I checked these two teams rosters and they both have 27/27 players on their active roster.

I'm in challenge mode so can't delete the game

Ok I found a quick fix, but I could see this becoming an issue again.

The first thing I tried was running computer manager on the Korean League, but the error still occurred.

Second, I filled teams with fictional players, then ran computer manager again and the error still occurred.

Third, I increased active roster size in the league to 28. This did not fix the issue.

Then, I increased number of foreign players allowed from 3 to 4. This did not work.

Last I increased foreign pitchers allowed from 2 to 3, and foreign hitters allowed from 1 to 2. I was able to advance the sim after doing this.

I speculated that there was an issue due to two-way players, but I do not see any players listed as two-way for either of the teams.
