Relative frequency of pulling the card
Diamond level cards are twice as likely to be your top card and Gold level 3X as likely. The pack otherwise works as a normal historical pack, where 5 of the six cards are random historicals from the entire set according to the usual schedule.

101 total packs 14.9% Perfect 25.7% Diamond 59.4% Gold Just about the same odds as Spotlight #6, with a slightly worse chance of getting a Diamond, which follows the trend between pack #5 and #6. My question in all this is, are the cards carried over if all packs are not sold, and that is what causes the ups and downs, or is OOTP "making" more of the same cards? Like the Vida Blue that has been in packs #5 and #6 as well.
