Official Recruiting Thread for the Pro Baseball Circuit! A 24-Team Daily-Sim Fictional League

The Pro Baseball Circuit is a 24-team fictional daily-sim league where every organization operates with the same financial resources, so success is driven by GM skill rather than market size or owner spending. The 110-game regular season is completed in just 22 sims, with an entire league year taking just over a month. That faster pace lets GMs watch prospects develop and rebuilds take shape without waiting months or years, while a comprehensive rulebook provides a structured and consistent league environment.

Why the PBC Stands Out

The PBC is built around three things we believe make an online league better: equal financial opportunity for every team, a pace that lets GMs see the results of their work, and a detailed rulebook that keeps the league consistent.

Equal Finances, Equal Opportunity

The biggest difference between the PBC and most leagues is that every team has the exact same financial resources. There are no market-size advantages and no owners setting different budgets. Every GM has the same opportunity to build a winning team, so sustained success comes down to how well you evaluate talent, manage money, develop players, and construct your roster.

Fast Seasons Without Sacrificing Control

The league moves quickly. We sim daily, complete the regular season in 22 sims, and finish an entire league year in just over 30 days. This allows you to watch prospects develop and see a rebuild take shape without waiting a year or two in real time to start seeing returns. However, this is not a “fast-sim” league that advances two weeks at a time and leaves GMs with little control over their teams. Each sim covers only five games, so lineups, rotations, injuries, promotions, and day-to-day strategy still matter.

A Rulebook Built for This League

Our rulebook is the foundation of the PBC and is the league’s greatest strength. It is not a generic template copied from somewhere else and patched together as issues come up. Every part of it has been thought through, reasoned, tested, and refined based on how the league actually operates. Most importantly, it provides consistency. GMs know what the rules are, why they exist, and that the same standards will be applied from one situation to the next.
