Game does not work as it should

Hello,

I am having issues with the FHM 12. Installed it last week, tried it several times, but I am still not able to use some features.

Trading - i can not offer a player for trade to anyone, only to place him on trading block
- I can not offer player for exchange to anyone. Was able to do it from second season, but then I swithced teams, and again had the same issue, only to pay for the player
- When on trade screen, I am not able to choose a player for trade, I can only do it via the player screen, and again, not able to pick more players
- When the trade is confirmed, it is immediatelly withdrawn, in the same message I get confirmation offer was accepted
- When I receive a trade offer, it is immediatelly withdrawn, I am not able to react, it is in the same messge which says I have a trade proposal
- when I sign player, my available money for free agents go into minus immediatelly, even though I sign a player with 45k salary and available budget is 120 000, making it impossibnle for me to sign another player

I use the "start unemployed" option and played slovak and austrian leagues, with different teams and same issues

Not all leagues (especially in Europe) allow trades! Please check out "Trading" in League Menu -> League Notes (there under "League Rules").

In addition, make sure the setting "Initiate and reacte to trades" is NOT set to Assistant (you find it under "Manager Options").

Will double check the option advice, just in case.
However, I played Slovak league for 3 seasons, in the first one I was not able to trade players, but from the second season I was able to do that. Then I changed team in Austrian league and was not able to trade players again. This is why i think it does not work properly. Also because of the finances, the weird deducting of available budget

I checked both settings and can confirm that Slovak league allows trading, but not working in my case, definitelly not in the first season.
And Initiate and react to trade is set to myself
