Someone who works here, please help!

I'm trying to order ITP and it keeps saying my zip code is incorrect.
What should I do b/c I checked with the bank and the zip code is
correct.

Problem 2:

Even though I was getting this error message (I tried multiple times) I
fear it was charging me each time (without giving me and licensce
number). I won't be able to verify this until tomorrow at the earilest, but
I'm hoping you guys can check to see if this is true or not. I can't find a number to call this company about my problems.

I called them and nobody answers. They've (as of now) charged my credit card for over 100.00 Ugh!

No one here will be able to help with actual purchasing issues. That is all done through Via Tech, a separate company. The good news is you can find their phone number here. They are usually very helpful and speedy with their support. Give them a call. GL

I know I'm going to get blasted for this statement, but I feel like I'm going to get screwed. They have charged over 150.00 now to my credit card and nobody at any extension is there. Sounds fishy to me. If these post are from OOTP, they won't take any responsiblity for it, then I'm in a bad situation. I should have known better

I had a similar problem with Viatech when I purchased OOTP5. It kept saying that my address didn't match the address I had when I purchased past games. Well, I changed banks. Sue me. By the time I dug up my old address, It had charged me for 5. I got through to Viatech on my first try and everything turned out fine. Not sure what the problem is with them today, though.

Thank Bobbuttons, that makes me breathe a little easier. It is just everytime I check my bank account it takes a little more money

In my experience, I've found email to be the quickest way to get hold of them. The longest I've had to wait for a response has been 4 or 5 hours. Good luck, I know you're pissed now, but trust me, when you get hold of viatech, they will fix your problem quickly.

Good news is I now have the game working.

The bad news they charged my account 20 times for a total of 200.00 and they have yet to email me back or call me

I meant 400.00, sorry. The bank told me there was 19 charges already (plus one that really did work). So, right at 400.00 right now. Ugh...this is going to be a mess.
