Interested in option

I would like to be able to tell a team I am interested in a player should he become available. Kind of the opposite of shopping a player. It can also be used if you can't come to an agreement at the moment, or it could also be used for free agents.

I like it. I've always wanted something similar for waivers as well. Just a notification if a player hits the wire.

To make it more flavorful, it could also be something your AGM does for you. Mechanically, you select "interested in this player," and your AGM emails you when it seems like they're available (waivers, released, "shopped" to other teams, etc.)

Related, when in "hard trading" mode, maybe instead of blind trade offers from the cpu, we could get emails saying, "hey, we're shopping Player X, do you have an offer?" That wouldn't be all the time, but maybe 25-50%, especially for players who aren't on the trade block.
