How can you not have a functioning BUY button?

Every year I have an issue buying this game now.

You go to the site, fill out the info, get charged and...

Nothing.

The website brings you back to the same page like nothing happened. It doesnt bring you to a page thanking you for your purchase. It doesnt even confirm you bought the game. There is no download link. No license key...

How can this company that's been around as long as it has and literally needs to sell product to be a company, not have a functioning process on the website to make purchases and for those that do to get the game they just bought?

Absolutely unbelievable.
