Too few players in AA and A
I generally let the computer handle my minor league teams, but I've noticed by June of my current season my AA and A teams are only have 17 players. Also, my AAA team doesn't have any of the pitchers in the Starting pitcher spots.
Is there a setting to make sure the AI fills the minor league rosters? |

I am seeing the same in AA relief pitchers. Plenty to choose from on the free agent list as well.
The teams that only have two bullpen arms are getting hosed badly in the standings.

I haven't tested it yet, just getting my league together, but I've left the amount of players in each minor league to no limit, but on the Stats and AI page, I'm bumping up the number of relief pitchers and number of position players I expect each team to carry. I hope this will help offset the sign and release and to make sure each team has enough players.

I had moved it up to 8 relievers but that seemed to do nothing. Trying 10 now. Maybe they'll get the memo.

I’ve noticed a definite issue that seems to be happening with me only since very 27. My rookie leagues are far too few. I’ve had to turn on the ghost players just to alleviate the 30-2 scores because position players were pitching
Not sure what’s happening with this. I have always limited players but in low a was 30 and rookie leagues were 35 or 40 Never had this issue prior to ver 27 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Under league settings / rules / There is an option that reads "Allow incomplete minor league rosters (ghost players)"
I don't have that box checked, wonder what it would do (create fake players to fill in the roster?) |

That is what I had to check just to keep things from statistically going too far south
It just uses league average players listed as “unknown” to use in the simulation I believe it would be like having whatever league level average players would be from a stats standpoint Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just add fictional players to that minor league team and continue with my save. |
