More uniform in facegen pic

IS there a setting for this somewhere? I seem to remember this being an option so you can see more of the jersey and logo on the player picture. Is this still around because I cannot find this anywhere or did I dream this from the past?

Game main menu (opening screen) select "Settings", then click on the facegen tab.

facegen zoom and profile zoom can be set to Out more jersey
