Seconding this. Your parks are the best, I would gladly pay for more expansion stadiums.

I love all the renderings that we've seen and wouldn't mind making stadiums that reference those concepts. There are still many stadiums that I want to do so it will take some time to get to them all. Please stay tuned.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out. If there's any way I can support your work, or if you want an expansion team logo/uniform set to go with any stadiums you make, let me know.

Sydney Cricket Ground the out field grass is dark green in ootp 27. You can't modify it. Any ideas?

Hmmmm, you are right. I wonder if this is caused by OOTP27's lighting changes? I'll have to do some investigation.

Nah, this is my hobby and I'd gladly do everything for free. Whenever we get involved in any sort of monetary transactions, there's always complications I'd rather keep things simple and clean, heh.

By the way, I had to change the grass texture of Sydney Cricket Ground to make it show up correctly. New OBJ file needs to be created so delete your old stadium and download the updated one from here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/z25ik...ssFix.zip/file

Try it and let me know if this solves your problem.

Flying_Canuck, you are a true unicorn. Well actually there are a lot of unicorns on the OOTP forums that provide mods for free. I'm not opposed to tip jars and some projects may be worth paying for. The NBA 2K community has progressively gotten worse with the paid mods. It's frustrating. So I salute you, Silvam14, TxRanger, asrivkin, cheo25, eriqjaffe, justafan, cephasjames, low, 20_range, ZigglarsTusk, Isedelyod, LansdowneSt, Ty Cobb, nielsoncp, mjryan65 and many, many others for the mods that make this game better.

It worked, thank you and the fans of the Utah Marshals of Salt Lake City thank you.

For me the mods are what keeps me coming back to the game year after year. They open a whole world of possibly. I am very thankful for them.

Sonic Field

This is a fictional stadium in Oklahoma, made specifically for Blindsay's IBL team Oklahoma 89ers. However, like some of my latest stadiums, it can be re-branded if anyone wants to use it for another team or put it in a different city. Just play around with the textures.

The 89ers won the IBL Continental Cup in 2025, and proudly show off their pennants on the outfield grid structure. The team clearly believes they can win many more championships, based on how much room they are reserving in that area

The stadium itself is designed to be major league caliber. Total seating capacity is 48,000. There are plenty of luxury boxes, two large videoboards, spacious bullpen and dugouts (with 2 rows of benches)...etc. The field is asymmetric just a little to give it some understated charm. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with how everything fits together.

Static scoreboard is supported. Just need to edit the following textures: "ScoreboardCenter_static.png" & "ScoreboardLinescore_static.png" & "ScoreboardLeft_static.png"

Live Scoreboards

Steam Workshop says the scoreboards are now live. Is that correct? I see scoreboard png's in the texture folders. Do they get deleted?? Awesome work by the way

I figured it out. Great scoreboards

I took my favorite aesthetics from the parents and created the Great Western Coliseum. The Peristyle plaza and the olympic statues have to be front and center for sure. The new gigantic press box/Suite section (at the side of LA Memorial Coliseum) now sits on top of the main grandstands. The stadium also sports similar exterior columns as the Great Western Forum. The USC Trojans logo is placeholder and can be easily edited in the texture folder. Everything has a roman coliseum influence and fits quite nicely together. For anyone who has a fictional LA team and doesn't want to use Dodger Stadium or Angel Stadium, this is a good alternative.

Backward compatibility (for OOTP25 and prior versions) -- edit the transparent Scoreboard_left.png and Scoreboard_right.png files in the texture folder to have it cover up the dynamic scoreboard. I have included samples if you don't want to make your own. Just rename Scoreboard_left_sample.png and Scoreboard_right_sample.png accordingly.
This looks amazing, much better than the real one. The LA Coliseum was perhaps the worst stadium in the history of baseball. 250 to left, ugh. A pasture in right.

Taoyuan Baseball Stadium

I haven't done a stadium in Asia for a while. This time let's head to Taiwan again and show off Taoyuan Baseball Stadium, home of last year's CPBL champions Rakuten Monkeys. This is one of CPBL's most dynamic and unique baseball venues. Many intriquing details about the stadium are well documented:

- First team to create home field advantage and treat Taoyuan as its main base of operation, calling the stadium "All Monkeys Home" (well, this is the best we can do with Google translation). Visiting fans of the road team are forced to the outfield stands.

- Similar to many US stadiums, the area around Taoyuan Baseball Stadium has been gradually developed into a sports/entertainment district. Right next to the stadium, you will find baseketball courts, softball field, Global Mall shopping center, Taoyuan Museum of Fine Arts, and other exhibit/meeting centers.

- Because of increasing popularity, additional "Rock Seats" were constructed directly on the foul territory in 2020. Stadium capacity increased from 18,000 to 20,000, making this one of the largest stadiums in Taiwan.

- Pioneers of Taiwan's cheerleader culture, a strategy that has been adopted by every team in the league now.

- One thing that I've never seen anywhere else is a "Jet Stage" behind home plate/backstop area. Instead of keeping cheerleaders confined to the traditional dugouts, the team built a custom, hydraulic powered airplane shaped lift platform. That thing goes as high as 3 stories and will be raised whenever the Monkeys score a run or head into a critical moment in the game. That is the coolest gig and I must create it in the model!

That maroon shade looks familiar...like if Rakuten owned another ballpark and baseball team in Asia, maybe in Japan...would be a golden opportunity for an eagle-eyed businessman!

jk jk love your work and this looks fantastic

Suigi you are as sharp as ever Japan's Golden Eagles and Taiwan's Monkeys are in fact owned by the same Rakuten company. Thus both teams share similar colors and uniform designs.

Sneak peek of the next project I'm working on. Guess which ballpark this is:

I'm itching to learn the stuff that Eriq and Deft are doing but there are several more stadiums that I really want to complete first. So for now there will be no special shadow effects happening in my ballparks yet. I will take a pause after I clear my current list and try to figure out Blenders and texture baking technique....... later in the year
