How to get real MLB totals/modifiers

Hey yall, I’ve noticed in my seasons that I get no over 50 HR seasons and rarely get any pitchers having an era under 2.75. In one season the top HR guy hit 41 and the top ERA was 2.98 and no one else had under 3.00. Anyone have any modifiers that they use that help with this? I also have noticed I only get like 2 or 3 guys who barely hit over .300 AVG. any help would be greatly appreciated. On a side note does anyone have any financial settings they use to make the top big market teams act like themselves? I noticed the Yankees, dodgers, Mets etc aren’t throwing big money at the top free agents. Skubal went to Cincinnati for 60 mill a year, acuna signed with the marlins for 50 mill a year and other big names don’t get signed by these big market teams. If anyone has any tips for that I would appreciate it as well. Thank you

OOTP uses real totals.

There are no real modifiers.
