Tons of stars released

I did a live start on April 27th. I've simmed to May 15th and am just now realizing how many high-level players have been released. Almost exclusively pitchers. Garrett Cole, Blake Snell, etc. What is going on?

I think it was a glitch with players on injury rehabs. Is that consistent with the released pitchers? Can't find what thread that was on now though

Yes that seems to be the case. I’ll try to find the thread. Any fix that you know of? Other than editing them all back on to their teams? Will it continue to happen?
