Playoff roster not allowing eligible players into game

I have multiple players I placed on a playoff roster that do not show up in game. They're listed as eligible but they don't allow me to take them in game. I properly placed them on my roster and I've even advanced two series to see if it would fix and it still keeps them off the roster. They're all pitchers

I have this same issue using an iPhone. Specifically for one of my starting pitcher. I see him on the roster but can’t put him in my rotation. Even when I load into the game I can’t change the scheduled starter out and him in while in the pregame menu

Different issue but also regarding playoff roster. I'm wondering if there is a bug with how playoff roster eligibility is determined. I ran into a situation where I had so many players go on the IL in September that I no longer had enough eligible players to fill a full 26 man playoff roster. It looks like eligibility is all players on the ML roster or IL on September 1st. I'm not actually sure how to fix this realistically without adding a 40-man roster to the game.

I am having this same issue. Been happening for over a week now. So far it’s been with either a rookie or a 2nd yr player w/o much MLB experience.

I found the solution for my issue. These players were not labeled as being post season eligible so I turned that rule off in the settings.

However, this has never been an issue before and I’ve had the last 5-6 versions of this game. Is it a bug? Or did I do something to the settings?

Could you share a screenshot of the list they should be appearing in but you don't see them?
