Why is my DSL Hitting Coach have only a "Fair" development relationship?
As shown in pics, hitting coach has Good Teach Hitting, good Development and Mechanics teaching, and Good Relationships, specifically excellent with the players im reviewing development plan, yet on Players development plan page it shows as only Fair development relationship.
How can I make this good to ensure optimal development? I feel like all the boxes have been checked. |

Hmm, that does seem to be a bit off, doesn't it? I would report it as a data bug with the Devs since the coach's relationship with said player is rated at "Excellent".

Curious what others come up with. My guess is it's an interaction of "personality" ratings. If you're not playing Challenge Mode, turn on Commish Mode and and view that player's Bio page under Editor. The three categories I'm suspicious of are work ethic, baseball IQ, and adaptability. If some or all of those have low ratings, we might have our culprit.
It could also be a bug. There was a similar one found for scouting grades where all individual tools were rated as average or higher accuracy but the overall accuracy was rated as low. |
