Trade availability in V27

There are no players in the trade listing.
In past versions there seemed to always be players but not yet in my current MLB season.
Guys with expiring contracts were always in the list. I play as GM/Mgr in one pitch mode.
BTW...I am in the middle of May in my current save.

The trade algorithm is much more realistic now. In real life, teams aren't making big trades in May.

I don't want to belabor this point but if this change was necessary to create 'realism' then maybe we need to check out the number of extensions that occur in the early season. They seem absurdly high in my leagues. I say this mostly because I don't think this is a good change for a game about fantasy GM's. The AI is never going to make perfect trades but the same logic they've worked on to tie it to how much a team is a contender should work to stop that.

It's June 6th. in my league and there are 2 players on the trade list. Both are Marlins.

I would suggest nearly all u restricted FAs should be testing the waters and re-signing with their teams in the final year of a deal.
