BaseballATeam Minors (Double A) Join Date: Mar 2020 Posts: 131	No Offseason Start Option in New Custom Game As far as I can tell, a New Custom Game cannot use the 2025 Off-Season Start (MLB-only) option that's available in New Standard Game. I've long complained about how the first season initiates. Why do we skip Spring Training? If we're going to get janky rosters because of the "game engine" (that's how it's been explained to me in the past), we might as well be choosing them. The 2025 Off-Season Start is an acceptable alternative. However, I'd still prefer for a new file to begin at Spring Training. In any event, neither option is available to custom game players. It should be.
