PT: Add Obtain time to PT Info filter options

Add Obtain time and date to PT Info filter options / manage cards

This would supplement filters like last released allowing managers to find their recently acquired cards.

This would also supplement continuous pack opening.... especially later in the cycle... where you might want to turn off pack opening/go continuous then can then just view cards recently obtained not only in the the latest packs opened session page but also in manage cards.

This could be expanded for pack opening:
-- make continuous mode that turns off 3d. Opens everything at server level then forwards you to the latest pack openings session page
-- make pt obtain time filter include the time
-- the latest pack opens screen can now provide a link to that sessions filter in manage cards
