Brand New League UBL Starting Up Current Rosters

Hello we are starting up a new League in ootp 26 for the 1st season then after season 2 we will upgrade to ootp 27 depending if there is any bugs or not. If you are interested following information as below

Starting in ootp 26 for 1st season then moving to ootp 27 after 2nd Season
Current Rosters
20-100 single digit scale for ratings, 20-80 single digit for ovr/pot
sims 3x a week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Full coaching, no poaching
rule V without limits
NO owner goals
draft pick trading and lottery, Yes draftee demands

Inflation is on (1% to 4%)) so min. salary/dev budget baselines increase each year
