Attached screenshots are just a couple examples, but text is constantly cutoff in so many parts of the game, while some text takes up more space than needed or does not shorten itself when more columns are added (such as the INT/WE/LEA in the first screenshot). In the third screenshot things are cutoff and also spaced terribly, such as the xERA and Demand. These were not issues in 26. Resolution is 1920x1080.

It is extremely annoying that performing actions on certain pages takes you back to the top of the screen or resets your sort/filter.

For example, when offering a rookie league coach a contract extension on the Personnel page, it takes you right back to the top instead of where you left off. On the Salaries page, clicking a player and then hitting back undoes the sort you had selected, so I have to re-sort every time. On certain pages, if I set the Scope to AAA, click a player, and go back, it defaults back to MLB. On the Shop A Player screen, if I sort by potential and then click on a player and go back, I have to re-sort again.

I click around a lot, and too many things revert to default sort/filter/settings when going back.

It would also be nice if the Shortlists screen stayed on the last shortlist you selected instead of going back to the default each time.

The bright greyish box at the bottom makes it tough to see the grey text of "signing bonus" to the left of where you can type the bonus demand amount. Seeing the white text isn't too hard but does make for a strange contrast on the grey background.

Only 2 games being shown in game log section on player's profile. This one could be intentional but figured I'd post in case it's not. I do miss being able to see more games there.

Anyone still having issues with Face Gen files importing? I successfully had one import and haven't been able to get any others to work?!?!?!

Every single time I've made changes to a facegen in OOTP 27 so far I've had to hit "Regenerate same picture" twice to get it to actually work. Not just once. I don't recall this happening in prior games.

Hi, just wanted to report that importing photo files for GM/Managers is still broken post patch. When you import a photo file, it just regenerates a FaceGen for them.

Since this is the "typos" thread, just wanted to bring official attention to some typos that have been around for a while... in Quickstarts. Extremely low priority but probably easy to fix.
In the US Baseball League quick start, the Baltimore Villians should (probably) be the Villains [ai rather than ia], and the Cincinnati Matatdors should (probably) be the Matadors.

In the Promotion quickstart, the Chicago Rouges should probably be the Rogues ('Rouges' are shades of red and don't have a logo in the game), and the Providence Assasins should be the Assassins.

(In the Promotion quickstart, there are also a few instances of teams with names similar to the names that have premade logos but aren't definite typos. The Las Vegas Nighthawks are probably the best example: "Nighthawks" doesn't have an in-game logo but "Night Hawks" does. This is more of a personal pet peeve as I don't like the "initial in a diamond with random colors" the game uses when it can't find a logo of any kind, though.)

The player/pitcher info widgets for Classic and Light skins, use black lettering on a black background for the current year and current game stat lines. Pretty much useless, unless one is trying to ruin their eyesight.

The Classic skin also uses a black lettering on Brown for the score's screen. Looks awful and is very hard to read.

Play by play box uses a black initial screen that flashes to a grey background with black lettering for play by play description. The black lettering on grey is very hard to read and hard on the eyes. The move from black to grey creates a flash effect that is very annoying.

The best option is to simply make they Classic screen for Classic 3D look like the Modern 3D screen looks in terms of backgrounds and lettering. It's obvious, no one in their right mind would choose black lettering on a black background or it would have been made part of Modern 3D.

Probably already mentioned, but when I go to the advanced stats page for a batter, all the stuff on the left side of the screen is unreadable due to things post on top of each other.

Downloaded the patch, still having some text/font color issues on light skin.

Player Development page (right side) is impossible to read:


On some player pages the stat heading is hard to read depending on the color of the bar. I've noticed the same issue on Kansas City Royals player pages:


And a cosmetic choice I'm struggling to adapt to, but the colors used for stat rating are just really hard for me to read. Is there any way to change them back to the colors used on 26?
