Draft pick signing

I just finished the first year player draft, and when someone signed, it said this:

"Collin Bland has just informed you that he was convinced by your offer! He has joined your organization and can be found in the DFA area or your lowest minor league team."

Where is this? The players show up in the minors player list, but not on the team, and I don't see a DFA anywhere, except on the major level.

I found them, I guess they wouldn't be on a DSL team. They are on the ACL team.
