Asterisk on Manage Cards page to show that you have a sell/buy order for a card

Sometimes I think it would be helpful to know which cards I have a sell order for, when I look at the Manage Cards page. Gustoes and I had a discussion about this in the PT27-Market-Discussion channel on Discord and this is what we came up with:

First, we think it would be helpful if both the PT Buy Price and PT Sell Price were in the default view of Manage Cards. Currently only PT Sell Price is there by default.

Then, if there was an asterisk on the Sell or Buy column, it would be very easy to see whether you have an active order for that card.

To Summarize our recommendations:

1. Make both PT Buy Price and PT Sell Price enabled in the Default View of Manage Cards
2. Add an asterisk to the appropriate column while viewing in Manage Cards to indicate that you have a buy or sell order (even if not top order, just that one exists)
