Bar Colors on Strategy and Development screens

Is there a way to change these back to the classic red all the way left-orange-yellow-green all the way right?

As it looks now its either red all the way left-gray/silver-blue all the way right

I'd like that too, also with a slightly lighter background and a tiny bar for the middle of the slider
