Start of month progress reports
I am not getting progress reports at the start of a new month. I look forward to seeing who is improving.

I'm on normal and receive an update on the 1st of every month during the active calendar year (preseason to end of playoffs). They do not get sent during the other offseason months.
In my case preseason begins at the end of January, so I start receiving them on Feb 1st, and get my last one on Oct 1st. I don't know how often they occur with the other settings. |

I thought the same thing in my save, for whatever reason I didn't get it for beginning of May but started getting them consistently every month starting in June.
