Linking PT 27 Account to Twitch for Drops

Hello, everyone!

We hope you're all doing very well, and ready to enjoy a fun OOTP 27 Launch Day!

Thanks to the spectacular work of our dev team, we will have PT 27 Twitch drops already!

The drops will work the same as they did before. You'll need to connect your PT and Twitch accounts to a new site for the new drops to work. You have to create your team in PT first before you proceed with this process.

Once you do that, follow the instructions to connect your accounts. You should then be ready to enjoy those sweet drops from the Official OOTP Twitch channel and our affiliates.

I followed the link and connected my account to Twitch, but for some reason the drops I received are not yet showing up in PT. How long does it take for the drops to show up? Next day?

They are usually almost immediate - but because it is the first day - there may be a delay. Double check
1. You refreshed Twitch after you linked your accounts.
2. You have created a Team in Perfect League and are in the Entry Pool.
3. You claim the drop by going to the little envelope button at the top of the Twitch screen.
4. Try logging out and back in of your Perfect Team account.

If you have done all of those it is likely a Twitch issue and you should receive your packs shortly.

Why are there no Perfect Teams drafts? At all. Completely empty.

I follow the video's instructions, using my OOTP user name and password, but when I try to link it tells me "Password incorrect". How do I fix this??

Now, I created a twitch account with my own name and password, and it says I am linked, but it is not the same name as my OOTP user name. What am I doing wrong, it says I am linked, but to what?

It appears if you already had an existing account you are getting your drops, but if you created a new one under a different email for a separate team you are not.

I am using the same user name and password from last season. I have not put together my first team yet but I did follow laptop's directions and I am connected. I didn't get any drops from Dr. Dynastic today. Is it because I don't have my team set up yet?

Strange - got some drops fine on Doc Dynastic's stream, but the Silver pack still hasn't instantiated, and none of the ones from the main stream have. Is there an error report thread for the main (non-beta) release?

Same thing happened to me. As with you, I followed Lap's fine instructions except for #2--I'm not in the pool yet). I'm showing my packs as "claimed" on my Twitch screen (and got the "you earned" messages, to boot).

I'll see what happens tomorrow morning.

But that's the requirement to get packs

Hmmm...It definitely is doing something strange for me. The first 4 standard packs worked just like they would have last year, but then everything since hasn't come through yet.

If you've been having trouble getting drops, please disconnect and reconnect your accounts. There was a bug found yesterday afternoon which has since been fixed. Please message Nicolino if things are still not working.

Who/ How do we watch? I am new to twitch and not sure if theres links in game or I have to find the streams on my own.

Linked account yesterday and got OOTP Dev bundle while watching Doc host the OOTP Dev stream. Doc's affiliate drops never showed up and this morning my twitch said connection required again. Did the account connect fresh twice and logged out and in on PT account on the game. Had earned all but last drop from EVC stream this morning according to Twitch app. Did the sign in and out on both before last affiliate drop and just now got earned the last daily drop (Silver) and it came through. I'm hoping it is working now, but am frustrated that I should have 9 affiliate drops coming to me (8 standard and 1 silver pack) but they haven't appeared. Any chance they will show up or should I just be happy it appears to be doing them from this point forward?

Looks like the system caught up. It may have given a couple extra standard packs than I expected. Thank you guys for fixing the drop issues.

ok... I should be able to figure this out but I'm going in circles trying to set up this configuration....

My Twitch account is "ohio47". I'm logged in there and can watch twitch no problems.

I have two perfect teams; with the OOTP login names "Team C" and "Team P". All I want to do is be able to switch the rewards between Team C and Team P when I wish.

The problem right now is the rewards aren't linked but when I try and set them I get the attached error - and when I follow the instructions it keeps coming back.

Help?

PS: It lets me link to the Team P, but gives me an error when I try Team C - even though I disconnect before I try it.

One other detail... all my teams have their own email/account, so I think that makes linking Twitch different.
