Fix Expansion Protection Lists Between Rounds

I ask this every year, can you please fix the expansion protect lists to work like it has IRL the last 30 years or so? every team protects x players, then 1 round is drafted, then every team protects 3 more?

it does protect X number of players and the expansion teams draft first already

27 versions, can we please sim with start of expansion draft after the last previous season? ridiculous the work around for 27 years has been 'well just sim the previous year.

it doesnt' do it like it occurs in real life. In real expansion drafts, teams protect a certain number, and then 1 round is drafted. teams can then protect 3 more. so if you have 2 decent 3B options, for example, you don't have to either protect both or risk losing both
