Shoot/Pass Bias issue

Hey guys as eluded to in my other thread, please can you take a look at this save and see if the pass/shoot mechanics are behaving as they should

Saved as NY Rangers 1962 in the folder

ps (dont bother looking at 69/70 season as put wingers in centers position*)

Just to add,m shooting accuracy for c's is the key here, they just score on way more of their shots, and this is using different set of tactics and player roles
