Need Help

When I try to create a new fictional game where I don't select any team to manage or GM (I want to create a history before choosing a team), OOTP won't create a game with any teams even though it says you can wait for offers. Any reasons for this or something I'm not doing? Thanks.

You got the screenshots or anything? Because it's worked for me.

No screenshots. It just says if you do not select a team you will receive job offers after the game has started. Then I click on select game, but nothing is created and I go back to my desktop.
