[FHM 10] How can I improve my team's budget?

Hi - Playing as HC Frydek Mistek (Tipsport Extraliga) in FHM10.

I can't figure out how to get my team's budget to increase. I have been the regular season champion 5 seasons in a row, and won the championship 3 times in a row. I have:

- Raised ticket prices steadily each season
- Increased attendance each season
- Saved up tons of $ points throughout the year each of the past 5 by being stingy with scouting & morale and keeping attendance bonus at 0.
- Every year my owner takes most of the profits, and the team's actual finances/free agent $ goes DOWN, despite being dominant and the above.

Is there anything I am doing wrong or not considering here? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

The only way to raise the budget is to edit it in the tam's edit menu, every single year.

The owner's taking 99% is the issue. Hopefully it gets fixed

Thanks. That is so frustrating. I have seen CPU teams increase their budgets by a ton naturally just through sustained success.
