how about a dugout option, where manager/coaches can talk among themselves about player performances and/or various strategies and even talk to individual players...

The ability to have team meetings or just bring a player into the manager/GMs office to discuss a matter would be a welcome bit of immersion.

I agree about the team meeting option. I would like it if it were something one could utilize strategically a few times a season. The way i see it would be a players only meeting or manager/owner meeting= you could just theme of stay the course or wakeup call. Depending on team chemistry the nature of the season, timing etc. could be something that "wakes up " the team or gives confidence. On the other hand it could also rattle the team or have no effect depending on manager , captain, other measurements. I would limit it to using only 2 or 3 times a year option. so it adds additional strategy.

I would like to see an aggressive running option. A drop-down where the other choices are. I am tired of having the back runner thrown out at 3B. Having said that, once a season, having the runner thrown out at 3B before the lead runner scores would be cool.

would love magic number of which is already there but i also like traggic number below those in first place as thats empty spots easy to make im sure ...
Would love to see things more with teams like longest winning streak in team history and longest winning streak at beginning of season and best record according to date of season or game number things like that. Havent seen that in the game and if its in game please let me know
