They are listed on the csv as coming in for 1938 but I can't find any record at all of them ever even being a Sox affiliate, and certainly not still one into the 1950s.

They were briefly a Yankees AA affiliate in the 1930s, but never part of the Boston system according to BBRef.

Might be worth further investigation.

There's a major issue with the Hi-Toms affiliate in that year as well. It's not on the system list for our club but is linked to us by the game, leaving the players on that roster in sort of a no-man's land. No idea what this all means for the save moving forward.

Another birthplace bit -- Baseball Reference lists Mark Hutton (huttoma01 / hutton001mar) as being born in "South Adelaide". There is no actual place by that name -- near as I can tell, it typically refers to the southern suburbs of the city. According to Wikipedia (via an article in the Melbourne Herald Sun), Hutton is from the town of Belair in SA, so I would suggest his PoB be changed from Adelaide to Belair.

I see it on the south side of the city but the db doesn't recognize Belair, Australia so it remains Adelaide...

Yeah, I manually added the town (population a little under 5,000) to my game world, but I understand not wanting to do the extra work.

Oh, if I could just add a city, that'd be one thing but it's beyond what I can do in the database itself, hence the punt. That's not a part of what I have access to as the db appears to pull the cities and there is no option for me to edit the internal source list itself.

Vern Hughes (hughes001ver) doesn't load in 1914 because he have no historical stats entered.

As he had nothing in the game database this the link to his BBref page.

PS: He was a FL players, but other FL rookies have career stats... yeah I do the FL for the pack.

That one is weird... There is a John McGraw (mcgraw002joh) in the database but no one of that name had ever played with Chicago in the FL, there is a player with that name and that exact same minor league ID who played with Brooklyn in 1914 but the historical stats don't fit. FWIW the real life stats are probably wrong...

Not sure. A separate database of cities as I presume that's where the lat & longs come from (tied to the db which feeds the weather).

Harry Kingman (kingma001hen) is listed in the database with Asian as his facial type and I think it's wrong... yes he was born in China but his parents were missionary from the US not Chinese natives.

Here's one I came across only because the player came up in my league. Minor leaguer Lou Benbow (benbow001lou) should have facial type African, birthplace of New York, NY (listed on BR as Queens). His birth year is also off by three years (should be 1971 -- date is correct).
