Rain outs

Making sure this is right. In 26, a game that is "rained out" before the game is regulation 4.5 or 5 Innings, is continued at the point it was called? Playing a game, Umpires stopped in the bottom of the in the top of the third, continued the next day at that point. Is this correct or one of MLB attempts to speed up games?

That is s correct, but it has been that way for years. I just disable rain outs.
