Player personalities blank and player potential issue

Player personalities listed as "none" for every team in the harmony tab. Player potential is ruined after only a few games in the nhl. Players went from 4 star potential to 1 star after 1 game. I reinstalled and started a new standard game and it happened again

I am playing as philadelpia. O. Bonk dropped down to a 1 star after scoring in his debut. Martone is down to a 2 star after only a few games in the nhl. Gulyavev I believe is how you say his name went from a 3 star too a one star. My team is doing poorly as I am rebuilding, it just seems odd that a players potential is ruined by the team record that quick. All my young players have lost over half of their potentials each. Makes me want to start over and trade everyone who is bound to lose all their value.

This also happened in another philadelpia save where my team was much better. All the prospects went to 2 stars and the player personality tab went blank.

Did you change any of the settings when you loaded your game?

The only setting I changed was changing how much a player's talent comes from their points. I changed the modifier from 40 to 30 in my second save. I deselected all the other leagues as well to help with load times. Everything else was left default.
