personality changes
im sure this has been asked at some point but do personality traits ever change as players develop and mature? I just signed an IFA with unbelievable skillset but lacks in a couple important categories like work ethic idc so much about financial ambition. If it doesn't I may be screwed but hopefully can

I don't think they change. Bascially makes a lot of created guys just not worth picking up and trying to develop as the game creates a bunch of Anthony Rendon's; aka guys who for some reason are lazy and hate baseball.

They do change. I have seen it time and time again. Even disruptive can change over time.

Yeah, they change over time. Usually for me it revolves around a change in manager. I've had selfish players become 'normal' under a new manager, same with guys with a low Work Ethic. Also guys who are pranksters in their youth usually lose this trait as they age and mature. Haven't seen any players over the age of 35 with the prankster trait.
